Hello 😊

This pull request significantly overhauls the OCR help page.

  • The updated instructions for searching ensure that the user doesn't click on a web search result as opposed to the Settings app page result.
  • Added the fact of Internet connection requirement to the page.
  • Added a second set of instructions for faster module installation via PowerShell. This method is easier to automatically reproduce.
