style(Use-of-linter-to-clean-files): proper documentation, spelling, and formatting
Following security review of repo, some stylistic inconsistencies were discussed. These have been addressed through use of pre-commit linter in addition to the internal R checks that were being performed.
Content and functionality have not been changed, style updates only.
