[CP] Fix the discovery issue preventing the host from appearing on the page.

The discovery host was not visible under the specific organization and location, due to which it could not be fetched. There is already a bug raised for this issue. Therefore, the test is being implemented in a way that it fetches the correct organization and location, which are consistently created on any organizations and any locations.
