Release: Actual vs Baseline-LTM hazard anomalies (#79 Part B)#123
Merged
Conversation
…122) The architecture calls for an 'Actual year vs LTM season hazards' comparison. hazards.py produced per-year assessments and a Baseline LTM, but never diffed them. Add compute_ltm_anomalies(): for each assessed season, diff its hazard metrics against the Baseline LTM for the same season slot — anomaly (actual - LTM) and percent change — across Total Precip, TAVG, Max Tmax, Min Tmin, NTx35, NTx40, NDD, NDWS, NDWL0. Surface as 'ltm_anomalies' in the multi-season result and print an ANOMALIES table after the Baseline LTM block.
