- Fill the "Thanks to all contributors" section with the 12 GitHub
  contributors, using HTML <img width="48" height="48"> so all avatars
  render at a uniform size (the ?s=48 query param isn't always honored).
- Correct stale and self-contradictory project metrics across README,
  comparison.md, features.md, and web-ui.md:
    * source: ~85 files -> ~315 core Python files (~445 with tests)
    * LoC: ~12K / ~40K (contradictory) -> ~90K core (~127K with tests)
    * agent loop: "174 lines" -> agent.py is ~740 lines
    * slash commands: 36 / 37 -> 50+
    * web JS modules: "nine" -> ten (added csrf.js to the web-ui.md list)
  The old numbers predated cc_kernel, cc_daemon, modular/trading, research,
  web, and the bridges, so they understated the codebase several-fold.
- Add an "this translation may be outdated, see the English README"
  banner to the 7 docs/i18n/*.MD files, which still mirror the old
  long-form README.

- pyproject.toml declared MIT while the LICENSE file is Apache-2.0; align
  the metadata to Apache-2.0 to remove the inconsistency.
- Fill the LICENSE appendix copyright line: "Copyright 2026 SAIL Lab at
  UC Berkeley" (was the unfilled "[yyyy] [name of copyright owner]"
  placeholder).
- Add a NOTICE file (attribution, redistribution-must-retain notice,
  and the citation), per Apache-2.0 convention.
