The template is thought of as a Rmarkdown template component of a package. The folder structure has been designed to be easy to turn into a package, only by moving folders `rmarkdown` and `www` into a `inst` folder in the project root folder

The template also changes the upper margin to 3 cm, to better accommodate the logo
