• Adds supplement-readiness-assistant, a focused AI-Powered Research Assistant Suite slice for issue AI-Powered Research Assistant Suite #16.
• Validates whether a manuscript supplement package is reviewer-ready before submission.
• Checks claim-to-supplement links, dataset/code/notebook/protocol manifests, license and access metadata, checksum freshness, missing files, table/figure appendix support, and reproducibility rerun prerequisites.
• Emits reviewer artifacts: JSON readiness packet, Markdown report, SVG summary, and a 12-second MP4 walkthrough.
