v0.3 - AI update

Builds are automated through GitHub Actions starting from this version.

Fixed some bugs in AI learning.
Improved AI's learning and decision making.
Enabled AI on player 2 by default.
The window title now contains the version.

On Linux:

1. Extract the zip to an empty folder.
2. If you cannot run the file (expected), run chmod u+x Reversi in the directory.
3. Run with ./Reversi in that directory.
4. Optionally, to see the app in the app menu, open the .desktop file, edit the Exec and Icon paths and copy it to the directory that is mentioned in the comment at the end of it.

On Windows:

1. Extract the zip to an empty folder.
2. Run the exe file.
