docs: link the author site from the manifest and README - #61

The Chrome Web Store listing had no developer website: manifest.json was missing homepage_url, so the card showed only the email and GitHub links. Point it at lapshin.online and add an Author section to the README. Takes effect in the store only after the next version is published.
