Ogólnie rzecz biorąc komendy mogą być po angielsku ale wolałbym żeby readme było po polsku dla polaczków żeby się połapali co i jak ;)

This is a translation from Polish to English in README.md and commands class. There are no functionality changes.
I have translated the whole plugin to english. I was unable however to build it into a jar, but all i did was change strings. It would be nice if the author uploaded the newer build, provided this PR is merged.
The reason for this PR is to allow a wider range of possible users to have easier access to this plugin.
I changed:
JoinGuardCommand.javaclass - I have translated some of the command outputs to English
