Is there a simple way to test if a file is exactly the same as an earlier commit? That's what I tried to do here. Anyway -- I think this is good to go. |

This commit reverts earlier commits 3a356d3 and b2b7ae3 -- which were themselves content fixes to issues in the earlier version of ReEDS that we were using. We're doing this in anticipation of fast forwarding the repo to the current Reeds-model version, and anticipate that some of the underlying issues will be resolved or changed.
