NIIストレージと拡張ストレージ間のファイル移動テストを追加します。
ファイル移動後にファイル詳細表示するテストを追加します。

scripts/grdm.pyでファイル移動とファイル詳細表示の機能を追加しました。テスト手順-ストレージ共通-ファイル基本操作.ipynbでNIIストレージと拡張ストレージ間のファイル移動の手順を追加して、NIIストレージと拡張ストレージのファイル詳細表示の手順を追加しました。
