.github was recreated with a single commit, so the pinned commit no longer exists and the scorecard job cannot resolve its reusable workflow. This pins it to e4ab481, the new .github main. The workflow at the new commit differs from the old pin by the Apache-2.0 SPDX header and the harden-runner 2.19.4, checkout 6.0.3 and upload-sarif 4.36.2 bumps that .github already carried.

The second commit bumps virtualenv from 21.2.4 to 21.14.1 in uv.lock, which clears PYSEC-2026-4011 to -4014, and python-discovery from 1.2.2 to 1.6.1 with it. virtualenv comes in only through pre-commit in the dev group. pip-audit failed on main for the same reason, so every PR here was red on security and quality-gate. Locally uv run pip-audit finds no known vulnerabilities and uv lock --check passes.
