Summary

prefer the correct Windows Claude binary instead of the wrong shim when multiple where.exe matches exist
add a Windows-aware process spawn helper for Claude CLI auth and runtime commands
send Claude prompts over stdin and fix connector path resolution so Windows launches are less brittle
