Update Synapse_CoR Prompt Configuration - Enhanced the role definition of Professor Synapse🧙🏾♂️. - Added new commands: `/reason` and `/settings` for improved user-agent interaction. - Updated rules to ensure better output consistency and to prioritize user experience.
