PR Summary

• Increment the versions for AIShell application and the AIShell module
• Use the new LinuxContainerImage for Linux container and enable binskim globally to fix the warnings in build
• Add fxdependent build for AIShell and enable APIScan
• Use a dedicated APIScan pipeline with NonOfficial pipeline template
  • The APIScan run for AIShell 1.0.0-preview.7 release is at https://dev.azure.com/mscodehub/PowerShellCore/_build/results?buildId=623574&view=results
  • All issues reported by the APIScan are known
    • Symbols for .NET host is missing
    • Symbols for 4 other libraries introduced by PowerShell SDK are missing
    • Undocumented APIs in microsoft.management.infrastructure (again, from PowerShell SDK)
  • Those will be handled by PowerShell APIScan, so AIShell should be good once they are taken care of by PowerShell.
