AgriNexus AI is a smart agriculture web application designed to empower farmers through technology-driven insights.
The platform allows users to upload crop images to identify potential plant diseases and receive preventive guidance to protect crop yield and improve farming decisions.

This repository represents the web-based interface of AgriNexus and acts as the foundation for integrating AI and Machine Learning models for intelligent agriculture solutions.

👨‍💻 My Role & Contributions

🔹 Team Lead & AI/ML Engineer

This project is a forked version of the original AgriNexus web application developed by Pardeep Kumar Singh, who primarily worked on the frontend and UI development.

As the Team Lead, I was responsible for:

  • Coordinating project planning and task distribution
  • Aligning frontend development with AI/ML system goals
  • Leading overall technical direction and integration strategy

As an AI/ML Engineer, I contributed by:

  • Designing AI-driven crop disease detection workflows
  • Planning Machine Learning and Computer Vision pipelines
  • Defining model integration strategies for the web platform
  • Contributing to scalable system architecture and future roadmap
