This project is a forked version of the original AgriNexus web application developed by Pardeep Kumar Singh, who primarily worked on the frontend and UI development.
As the Team Lead, I was responsible for:
- Coordinating project planning and task distribution
- Aligning frontend development with AI/ML system goals
- Leading overall technical direction and integration strategy
As an AI/ML Engineer, I contributed by:
- Designing AI-driven crop disease detection workflows
- Planning Machine Learning and Computer Vision pipelines
- Defining model integration strategies for the web platform
- Contributing to scalable system architecture and future roadmap
