* Renamed ingnore_unsupported_plugins` argument to `allow_uninstalled_plugins`. * Discover installed plugins with lilv instead of calling `lv2ls` and cache `lilv.World` and resulting list of plugin URIs. * Allow to pass file name to save metadata JSON to when called as a script. * Improved docstrings. * Added logging.
