Overview
This PR revises the power supply info for the Temperature Module. It can be a model for revising the other module manuals.
In the past, the module manuals have only provided basic power data (e.g. AC power in/DC power out). However, there seem to be more field requests from customers for more info, particularly around standards, certifications, compliance. This is an attempt to provide that extra info to reduce the support load.
This is also an attempt to bring more cross-manual uniformity to the power section of the docs and the info they provide. We can use this as a model for revising the other manuals and going forward.
