Allow field data files (.fld2/.fld2.gz) to be loaded from a server-specific fields_folder defined in tables/servers.txt. Field::loadByName now checks masterServer->{fields_folder} and masterServer->{fieldsFolder} first, builds a list of folders (server-specific then global), and resolves either .fld2 or .fld2.gz before calling loadFile. Added explanatory comment about lookup order and the distinction between fields and maps folders. Also added fields_folder entries for laRO and ROla in tables/servers.txt.

No fields were added, but you can still get them here:
Latam - ROla fields
Landverse - laRO fields
Only the maps that were exclusively modified for their respective server are avaible in these links.
The remaining maps are the same as the main fields folder.
