Advantages: 1) easy access to the history in the chatter of the partner. 2) no problem to access the email by other users (avoid "The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.")

Must fix

License mismatch: __manifest__.py = AGPL-3, hooks.py header = LGPL-3.0 → align.
Duplicate assignment in wizard/overdue_reminder_wizard.py (action = action = (...)).

Should fix

Typo in security/ir.model.access.csv: overdue.reminter.result.

Usage

Module installs cleanly without any manual fixes.
User flow manually tested (wizard, sending, history/chatter).
No obvious runtime errors observed.
Review findings clearly identified (2 must-fix, 1 should-fix).

Status

LGTM after fixes.

From my POV this is ready for getting merged. But this needs to be done by a maintainer. You can download the module from the source PR and implement it on your customer site if you are in urgent need, until this is finished.
