migration to yara-x
Integrates ida_kernwin UI hooks to highlight Yara search result ranges in IDA views. Also adds type annotations and improves selection handling in the chooser. Adds the findcrypt3.yar ruleset for crypto constant detection.

This PR moves from yara to yara-x and adds the list of last used yara files.
