Description

Bots send messages that only their commander receives about their behaviors.

One known quirk is that with this approach the bots cannot message the commander if they get disconnected from their commander, such as the commander pressing use on them to dismiss them. At this point I want to sanity check that this type of messaging is viable before investing in more state tracking.
