Created the footer and navbar.
NOTE: Footer does not have an adjacent logo.
NOTE: Navbar's logo is buggy. When loading it approximately a week ago, it is a perfect square (50x50 px).
However, when loading it as of 2/28/23, the height is stretched out, making it a thin rectangle. When trying to change the height, the bugged height remains the same. (for reference, the css on this logo is width=50, height=50).
