This PR adds in a new sprite for the red glasses which is the default, but they can be reskinned with alt+click into being the old, animated ones.
The old animated red goggles were frankly unusable for most outfits, meanwhile these ones can probably be used. That said, given the red hue and all I'm kind of wondering if these shouldn't maybe end up becoming security prescription HUDs or something.
