So, this PR is actually three PRs in one. They're all my own shenanigans, but one is interesting outside of those.
First is the removal of the post-er. It's outdated.
Second is the Greenleaf Pendant is now a proper ingame item. Not much functionality to it.
The third thing... Is the Story Rapid Status option in VV. It's a version of the "Make Me Tanky" VV status from #660 but you can only pick one thing instead of being a list, and it's used for story status stuff, which can be a lot more personalized. An example has been given with the "Herald of Cosmos" option, which makes someone into an over-ascended heretic, and which has importance to the story (albeit not super likely to show up, mostly just a thing to have fun with in pre-round).
I might add more rapid statuses in this PR if I get any ideas for them.
