Mbed-TLS/mbedtls-framework#283 + Mbed-TLS/mbedtls#10624 moved some scripts from mbedtls to the framework. Update some references to these scripts that were still present in TF-PSA-Crypto (despite the scripts themselves having gone on the Mbed TLS side in the repository split).
