Add a repository layer with connection pooling and migrations, and orchestrate with an async pipeline that respects rate limits and batching. Improve data validation, sanitization, timezone normalization, and duplicate handling. Enrich logging and typing; provide CLI entry point and tests/docs scaffolding.
