Set up a testing bench harness for graph connectivity

Create a harness for evaluation of ideas and algorithms.

• Test for full connectivity of active nodes
• Include lattice and architectural constraints
• Include adequate sampling
• Be easily modifiable and modular
• Easy to use and hook up

Few functions we want:

• test connectivity (to be run before and after algo runs)
• select sample of faulty nodes (add argument for how many nodes to fail, then we can iterate through different r's)
• class for the node, we can inherit this node or module with basic attributes like online/offline, degree, connections

For the node class, would be good to have rotation methods that move the connections of the facets to other configurations somehow (i.e., upon pivot, the direction of the edges will shift-- i -> j, j -> k, etc. based on the pivot). Corners will also have to be added as attributes somehow to define which edge of the cube we want to rotate across. Can we borrow something from the pivoting robots proj?
