This adds an option to hide the sail.

Motivation is that it can be hard to see the navigational arrow at certain camera angles, as well as some objects in e.g. barracuda trials

Also added a check to BoatTracker to check worldentities if the plugin was turned on after the spawn event.

* check for spawned world entities on startup

Why was this closed? Apart from being unable to trim the sails if they're not there (which doesn't matter for salvaging), it sounds like a good idea to me.
