feat(sponsors): Add theme-aware SVG styling

Description

Introduces a shared themeAwareSvgStyle to dynamically adjust SVG path fill color based on light or dark mode. Applied to GitHub Copilot and Crowdin sponsor SVGs for improved visual consistency across themes.
