Only repository collaborators can create a vote @weijia31415.

For organization-owned repositories, the list of collaborators includes outside collaborators, organization members that are direct collaborators, organization members with access through team memberships, organization members with access through default organization permissions, and organization owners.

Adding links to topics like "Wanchain implementation", "Harmonia" and other would be a great benefit

Thank you for submitting this report. Overall the report shows some good activity in the smoot project - however, the report could be improved to better highlight the achievements.

When strolling through the smoot project I've noticed that quality of the repositories could be improved. For instance, the repos must follow the LFDT common repository structure, missing or empty READMEs, no code testing via GHA.

Please revisit the incubation entry considerations https://lf-decentralized-trust.github.io/governance/guidelines/project-incubation-entry-considerations/ and make sure you bring the project repositories in a good shape to allow the smooth community grow.

It would be good to give some evidence to make this report stronger. For instance, https://insights.linuxfoundation.org/project/smoot?timeRange=custom&start=2025-01-01&end=2025-12-31 gives an overview about development acticties in the repos.

Thank you @mbrandenburger :) I struggled here since I had the same issues you mentioned but was not aware if it should be blocked or not. Let's discuss in TAC

@weijia31415 Have you made all the changes requested? And addressed all the topics we discussed on the TAC a couple of months ago?
