[FEAT]: Folder structure on NextCloud

Description

I propose a simple folder structure for the dataset to separate files of individual plants. Something simple like:

• LAST-Straw/AX + BX
• LAST-Straw/Katrina/AX, LAST-Straw/Zara/BX.

Good idea? And if yes, which option?
