Restored headers to PCX graphics files, so they can now be opened and edited. Fixes part of Javanaise#117.

Hello, did you try rebuilding? Because there have been some size changes in the files, so it won’t work with https://github.com/Javanaise/mrboom-libretro/blob/master/tools/asm/src/mrboom.asm#L13323 |

Sorry, I didn't try rebuild. I used a hex editor, but after checking the files in GIMP I saved them again. This changed the filesize. |
