Fixing typo in No-Bid Reason table.

I think this was meant to be if Exchanges have specific reasons from DSPs that they are looking for, they can provide those as potential additions in the 500+ range. E.g. if an exchange really wants to know if their partners are no bidding based on attribute X not provided. Etc. I see your point, that the DSP is the one sending it. But I think generally it is still the Exchange asking for what they want if its custom. |

Fixing typo in No-Bid Reason table. Buyers respond with no-bid reasons, and therefore must communicate with exchanges the values they are able to return.
