• T1-1-1 赛题 所有算子
• 对src/infiniop-test/include/test.hpp，src/infiniop-test/src/main.cpp等文件修改增加了equal_nan参数支持
• src/utils/custom_types.cc增加_f16_to_bool, _bf16_to_bool

测试截图

• 全部使用官方gguf测例测试
• Tanh在沐曦和nv上fp32 atol 1e-7 rtol 2e-7可过测试，在天数fp32 atol 1e-7 rtol 2.2e-7可过测试，文档要求rtol 1e-7
