Endsured that we have a basis for a program that can now output submission files properly in the correct format. Simple multi-variable linear regression technique used for basis but can be modified for more advanced techniques.
Normalisation On saleprice as well as methods to prepare file better.
This is the final submission of the code, will not check if modules are installed or not but it has a cool splashscreen. To run the code you run splash.pyw.
