… to use current Eigen calling scheme
This build flag can cause issues for certain architectures. Specifically, when an Eigen dynamic matrix is conservatively resized a copy is made on the stack, which can be too large for the stack, causing SIGSEGV. Removing the flag alleviates the issue.

Updated code to work with the new CMake build system for ILLIXR. Also brought this fork up to date with the main repo.
