Welcome to the IGS Data Portal wiki!

This site introduces users to the IGS Data Portal (based on GDC Data Portal). This data portal is being used for a number of projects including the Human Microbiome Data Coordination Center (HMP DACC), the Neuroscience Multi-Omic (NeMO) Archive, and the IGS Genome Center for Infectious Disease (GCID) projects. Below is a list of some of the data portals.
