When I want to try to start the GIFT, the macro error keeps occurring with Dialog.addMessage ("Set Parameters for GIFT:"<,> 12, "627791"); .Could you tell me how to fix it?

I am current not able to recreate that error. Could you tell me if you are running GIFT on ImageJ or Fiji? and which version of ImageJ you are running (Help>About ImageJ)

Great thanks! I also saw that problem with that specific ImageJ version. For some reason, something is different about how ImageJ wants the GUI/dialog commads to be formatted. But the issue doesn't exist in the later updates.

The fastest solution is to update you ImageJ to version 1.53. (Help>Update ImageJ...>select v1.53). Use this version specifically, because also checked the most recent version on that list 1.54h and there is a new glitch with the file paths. But I can look into that more later or see if it gets worked out in a later update. For now just going to v1.53 should let you run the macro.
