there are still a few issues, but at this point the branch has been dragged on for too long

Has not been implemented yet since idk how mesh generation works.
Removed the atomic vertex counters and replaced them with prefix sum, giving a 4x speedup
the detail noise doesn't work yet and wil be fixed
It doesn't work very well
btw right now grass is disabled, I'll reenable it once optimizations are done

Locked in. LGTM (everything works). In the future consider making it so pathtracing doesn't rebuild every time but it's fine.
