Rollup not actually bumped despite PR title claiming so

The PR title states "Bump rollup from 4.52.3 to 4.59.0" but rollup remains at 4.52.3 throughout pnpm-lock.yaml — the version 4.59.0 does not appear anywhere in the file. The actual changes instead bump @health-samurai/react-components to alpha.13, @atomic-ehr/codegen to a new version, and remove/add their transitive dependencies. Merging this PR would give a false sense that rollup was updated (including any security or bug fixes in the newer version) when it was not.
