The anaconda was a very 'ok' pistol, reliable but locked to one ammo type so no luury of uranium or incen, it was the ballistic equivalent of the E-Revolver, though still weaker since no disabler and even less shots. The charge rate was probably around the same, that I'm not sure. The other novelty of it was it couldn'tbe dual wielded, which on one hand was good and bad, the good being you can quickly pull it out without having to holster your long arm, the bad being... dual-weliding to recharging ballistic guns would be cool as FUCK. |

it recharges very slowly, its not something you cant just keep shooting, its recharge rate is weaker than a PKA, only benefit being that it can hold multiple charges, the damage is also not that great to be a problem. |

I have one of these, and the recharge on the bullets is actually quite slow. It's... kind of a nerf to KEEP the recharging ammo because, consider, if you reload you have all your shots right away instead of generating a single shot every 8-ish seconds in a very limited magazine? The flavor was cool of a recharging ballistic gun that was damn-near impossible to get. |

About the PR
This PR reverts an unreasonable change to anaconda, this was a big nerf to the gun making it borderline unusable. This was by no means a strong gun, acting more towards style points, and it was a part of PR that didnt list this as a change nor did it provide an explaination for the nerf, therefore i suggest reverting it.
this was the PR that introduced the bug - #1744
Why / Balance
Anaconda became borderline unusable, and it was nerfed from already being on the weaker side.
Technical details
This just reverts the gun prototype to its old values
How to test
Run the server and spawn in anaconda, check if ammo auto reloads and if it doesnt need physical bullets
