Title:
💅 Improve CSS for code-of-conduct.html list styling

Description:

The current CSS for the ordered list in code-of-conduct.html can be improved for better readability, responsiveness, and visual consistency.

🔍 Observed Issues:
Inconsistent or minimal hover effects

No mobile responsiveness

Hardcoded gradient values

Lack of accessibility support for screen readers

✅ Suggested Improvements:
Use CSS variables for better theme control

Add hover effects and modern shadowing

Improve mobile layout with media queries

Add .sr-only class for screen-reader compatibility

📁 Affected File(s):
style.css or the CSS file used for code-of-conduct.html
