Stripped back calcs in spectrum (around / after fft) and moved agc & noise to timing decoder. TBD if this is an improvement (may be consuming more cpu not less)

Now decoding well (needs more on air testing) and ready for expanding / developing display to allow more optimisation e.g. adding intermediary waterfalls along signal processing path.

Good smooth performance & really fast acquisition of timing.

Need to get rid of the E and T chains, and allocate 0..n decoders to 0..m frequencies based on strength.
