Risk Intelligence page in docs

Adds a Risk Intelligence overview to the documentation and a use cases document.

The use cases document provides some mockup screenshots to make it more tangible:

Unrelated changes:

• Fix event.details -> event.detail typo elsewhere in the docs
• Remove the blue banner at the top of every v2 docs page that links back to v1 (I think it's been long enough)
• Install click-to-zoom functionality plugin for images.
