• 'bon bon' should be edit to 'bonbon" and move under candy food product

• 'confectionery (cocoa-based, energy reduced)' and 'confectionery (cocoa-based, energy reduced)' should move under confectionery (cocoa-based)

• 'confectionery chocolate based' and 'confectionery (cocoa-based)' are possible duplicates

• what is 'plant confectionery' ??? Many childs don't seem to be from "plant origin"

I'm putting bonbon under "chocolate candy food product", ok?
It seems "bourbon ball" is problematic in that it can have chocolate, or cocoa or neither ... so it seems a better fit where it is. At moment it has a SIREN annotation allowing for either chocolate or cocoa.

I've moved a bunch of "candy" type products under candy. The problem is "candy" is defined as a confection made from a concentrated amount of sugar in water, so we can't have candy (sugarless) under that category.

This one has some typos in it? "'confectionery (cocoa-based, energy reduced)' and 'confectionery (cocoa-based, energy reduced)' should move under "confectionery (cocoa-based)"

There's a distinction between chocolate - a multi-step process, and cocoa based - which can just involve cocoa as a flavour, but not in chocolate form. So I have added a definition for "confectionary (cocoa-based)": A confectionary product that has cocoa as an ingredient, but not in the form of chocolate.

I am adding a definition for fudge from Wikipedia. Since its primary ingredient is sugar, it seems that it is a kind of candy, so I wouldn't want to move its parent up a level?!

Plant confectionary seems to be a bad category! I have tried to empty it out by moving its children to other categories!

Let me know if you see opportunity for further adjustments. The confectionary branch will still benefit from more work I am sure.

I was not aware of "bonbon" being made of chocolate (in French bonbon is a genric term meaning "candy")

"energy reduced" is a qualifier (characteristic) that doesn't tell much about the composition (ingredient list), when "sugarless" tells us that there is no sugar, actually!

The definition of "candy" vs "confectionary" should be made clear; from wikipedia, Fudge is a type of confection that is made by mixing sugar, butter, and milk.
