Summary

  • Add docs/templates/cross-tool-intake-template-v0.md.
  • Preserve the bounded C4 scope: Tanka | GitHub | Linear only.
  • Keep it Markdown-only and source-layer only: no integration code, no autopilot changes, no runtime mutation.

docs(templates): add cross-tool intake template v0 (DAS-2662 / C4)

Capture template for Tanka + GitHub + Linear intake. Classifies source_type,
source_truth_kind, repo_relation, privacy_level, github_association, and
becomes_muw_issue. Enforces a seven-category redaction scan (OAuth, signed
URLs, raw screenshots, private channel IDs, credentials, host/IP/SSH/tmux,
full private payloads) and forces a live check for cockpit summaries before
PASS. Includes two redacted examples (Tanka cockpit digest, GitHub PR with
Linear cross-ref).
