Web application fails to start with tomcat v > 7.0.47 #15
Description
Generated web application fails to start with tomcat version above 7.0.47.
Application works fine with tomcat 7.0.47

As per discussion with Tomcat developers, xmlBlockExternal="true" attribute of Tomcat's Context (context.xml) was set true by default starting from 7.0.52. With
xmlBlockExternal="false"generated/djn-settings.confcan be included
