Support new dependency of fair::Logger - fmt (introduced in FairRootGroup/FairLogger#20).
The dependency is bundled by default but can be overridden by the user to an external fmt installation. This PR is to support such a case - it adds the entry in the CMake output table and modifies the
FairLogger_INCDIRto include the path to fmt.This is backwards-compatible.
